Due to lớn the cancellation of the LCL, the CIS' slot was awarded to lớn Europe as the region with the best performance during international events over the past two years without already having 4 slots (which Đài Loan Trung Quốc and Korea already had).^[5]
The Draw Show took place on September 11th, after the conclusion of the LCS 2022 Championship.^[6]

Prize Pool[]

Figures are based on the minimum guaranteed prize pool of $ 2,225,000 USD. A percentage of the revenue from designated in-client sales is yet to lớn be added to lớn this amount.
During the group stage, if the 3rd and 4th place teams in a group are tied, they both will receive 2.375% of the total prize pool.
During the play-in, if the 5th and 6th place teams in a group are tied, they both will receive 0.875% of the total prize pool.
